5 WAYS TO EAT AVOCADO & TOAST

Best thing ever invented was avocado & toast. I like my avocado with toasted Turkish bread and some crumbled feta or ricotta with a poached egg. I found some recipes online and decided to share it with you. They're quick, easy and delicious! 

The main ingredients for all recipes are- 
  • Sliced or Mashed Avocado
  • 2 Slices of Bread (your choice- Sourdough, Turkish, Multigrain, Ciabatta, Tiger bread, Pane Di Casa, Rye, Gluten free, etc)
  • Salt and/or Pepper


AVOCADO TOAST WITH CHERRY TOMATOES & BALSAMIC VINEGAR
  • Sliced Cherry Tomatoes
  • Balsamic Vinegar 
ROASTED GARLIC AVOCADO TOAST WITH HEMP SEEDS & RED CHILLI FLAKES
  • Smear Roasted Garlic (pan fry) on Slices of Bread
  • Hemp Seeds
  • Red Chilli Flakes
AVOCADO TOAST WITH SUNNY SIDE EGG
  • Poached or Fried Egg
AVOCADO TOAST WITH SMOKED SALMON
  • Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • Thin Sliced Smoked Salmon
  • Sliced Red Onion
AVOCADO TOAST WITH GOAT CHEESE
  • Crumbled Goat Cheese
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Red Chilli Flakes
